Adult Classes

Classes have been a long time coming! Those of you that have been waiting, thank you for your patience. The class schedule is starting out light and will grow.

To sign up for a class, call or come by Mini Temnptations. Class size is limited, so sign up early. You must sign up and pay for the class one week before the class. Because things happen, there is a $10 non-refundable cancellation fee. "No shows" will be charged the full class fee. If you are unable to attend (things happen), you may send another person to the class in your place. There will be no rescheduling of classes missed.

Classes may be subject to cancellation if there are not enough participants. If a class you have signed up for is cancelled, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a full refund of class cost.

Very soon, you will be able to sign up and pay for the classes on-line. In the meantime, here are the classes that are currently scheduled. Please call or stop by to sign up.

General Electric - This is a great class for those trying to decide which wiring system to install. This class will cover the two types of wiring systems available for dollhouses or miniature projects, tape wire and hardwire. Lecture and demonstration. Bring paper and pencil for notes.

Cost: $10.00

Classes will be held on the 3rd Saturday each month , 8:30AM to 10:00AM, and the 4th Wednesday each month, 6:30PM to 8:00PM.

Private Electric Class - By appointment only, generally class starts at 8:30AM Student receives individual instruction in how to electrify their dollhouse or room box, until 10:00AM. Then the student can work in the store up to the end of the day (closing time) with assistance as needed to finish. Class requires student to bring in dollhouse or project being electrified. Bring all electrical supplies previously purchased or purchase needed items at the store.

Cost: $60.00 (excluding supplies)

Instructor reserves the right to stop the class if at any time it is determined to be beyond the skill of the student. A refund may be given or applied to store labor costs. If the student requires more than assistance to complete the project additional fees may apply at $20/hour.
