Shipping Costs

We utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) for the majority of our shipping.

Dollhouses, kits or built, are shipped ONLY by:

      • UPS

      • Fed Ex

      • DHL

      • There will be a $5.00 handling fee for Dollhouses, kits or built in addition to actual charges.

Other orders can be shipped by USPS, UPS, Fed Ex or DHL per customer request.

After you place your order the total shipping charges will be calculated based on size& weight of the package and shipping method.

You will be charged the actual amount of postage/shipping.

If you want to be notified of shipping charges prior to shipping, you must indicate so on the order form and provide a phone number and/or e-mail address.

Otherwise, shipping charges will be added automatically to your order.

Please note: When using UPS or FED EX, we CANNOT ship to PO Boxes.
