QuickBuild™
When only the best will do, but it has to be convenient and affordable, our new QuickBuild™ collection is the answer! With parts constructed of sturdy, cabinet-grade materials, you will be proud to showcase these houses in your home and pass them on to future generations. Ideal for gifts, or when your own time is short, they go together in minutes - not hours or days. Only a screwdriver (for some) and white glue are required and simple, step-by-step instructions are included. The finishing is even done for you (except #UKD-95). Exteriors are painted, roofing and floors are installed and finished, wallpapers (may vary) are applied and windows, molding, doors and shutters are hung. Finishing touches vary, so take a look at the houses below, because what you see is what you get. Landscaping, furniture and dolls are not included.

Finished Dollhouses
Ready for you to furnish and accessorize with items of your choice! These dollhouses are built and finished by expert craftsmen, using only high-quality materials. The lighthouse and lightkeeper's house are available only in 1/2" scale; all others are available only in 1" scale. Everything you see is included! All are rear-opening, except Alice's Home Place, which opens on the side. Top-notch features of all include:

• Sturdy 1/8" MDF exterior walls with clapboards milled directly into them .
• 1/4- 1/8" floors finished with stained hardwood (except lighthouse, which has authentically painted floors)
• .Finished interior touches, including painted doors, stairways and baseboards (where shown)
• Painted or wallpapered interior walls (wallpaper may vary)
• Stained wooden shingle roofs (except lighthouse)
• Working doors
• Shutters (except barn and lighthouse)
